Do I need to book in advance?
Yes — all new clients start with a free home visit and trial period before bookings begin. Existing clients can book flexibly with reasonable notice.

Pick-up and drop-off is available across our service area — please ask when booking and we'll confirm availability for your location.
What if my dog has special requirements?
No problem at all. We're happy to administer medication and follow strict dietary plans. Just let us know during the home visit consultation.
Is my dog's breed or age a problem?
Not at all. We work with all breeds, all ages and all temperaments — including dogs that have been turned away elsewhere.
